Our Policy — 30-Day Replacement Guarantee
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet one of these conditions:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent to you
- Item does not match the description
To start a replacement request, contact us at guyskhapiter@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Non-Replaceable Items Replacements are not applicable for items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, or change of mind purchases. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible.
How Replacements Work Once your replacement request is approved, we will ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email. You need to return the original damaged item.
